“I have worked with Kiki on four workshops and each time I have had the honour to introduce her to a group of women mentees. These women were/are on a pilot scheme for mentoring support given to women who are in middle management or higher in order that they feel more secure in their roles and to encourage and support them to aim even higher in their careers.
Kiki is an inspirational woman. She has made herself the determined, confident and poised women that she is today. She is worth her weight in gold! I thought that I was good at negotiating but sitting in, with the mentees, on her afternoon course of “Negotiating Skills” gave me even more confidence over the negotiations due to my redundancy. There is an art in saying nothing at the right moment that enables you to get what you want – Kiki’s session brought that point home to me!
It is not just in negotiation that Kiki excels. She has the ability to support and instil enthusiasm in others. Not only is she a wonderful trainer/facilitator but she is an active listener, putting her finger on the pulse immediately. She gets “in the problem zone” immediately and draws out the solution from the person she is helping. This is a powerful mentoring tool that not all mentors possess. She also has the ability to have a helicopter view of the situation and the skill to scenario plan alternative paths to get the best results for all concerned.
Anyone working with Kiki gets as much from her as the people on her courses. As a trainer myself I cannot recommend anyone more highly.” Louise M, Freelance Mentoring Coordinator & Trainer
Quote from Sarah McPherson, Prowess:
"Prowess commissioned Kiki (Maurey) to develop a sensitivity training package in July 2003. Kiki delivered a high quality package of materials, trainer notes and role-play scenarios well within the agreed timescale, within budget and to an excellent quality standard. She produced the package to the given brief and got it spot-on the first time. No to-ing and fro-ing with re-writes and corrections. Prowess would have no hesitation in using Kiki's services again."
Thank you from Robert Craven of The Directors’ Centre, Bath:
"Thanks once again for your work on behalf of the Directors' Centre. The success of the ‘Kick Start Your Business’ workshops around the ethnicity/gender issues has been as a result of your fine work. To win over the crowd in the way you so obviously did is a tribute to your skills and expertise. The evaluation sheets were superb as were the stories that I have been hearing back. So, yet again, you have wowed them with your enthusiasm and passion for your subject. Excellent stuff."
