Influencing the National Library for Health to utilise my skills for their staff NHS nation-wide!
I also had a busy time designing and delivering 12 “Influencing Skills” 1 day workshops for library heads in the 10 NHS strategic health authority regions in England. Again met some awesome delegates and enjoyed some fun sessions designed to improve influencing and negotiation skills for this hard-pressed part of the NHS.
It was gratifying to get some really positive feedback from delegates:
