How does the coaching relationship work?
- We meet for an initial free 1½ hour consultation to help identify your key business issues and personal challenges, and a possible course of action
- At the second meeting agree a clear outline of what needs to be addressed, expected outcomes, timings and fees for subsequent sessions which is then outlined in a simple contract
- The coaching relationship commences based on your clear Action Plan and is usually based on 3-4 hours on a monthly basis (or more frequently for many clients)
- One-to-ones can be augmented by phone and email as required

Experience in a nutshell!
Kiki Maurey is passionate about business growth and is an experienced business coach, career mentor and trainer. She is also an accomplished management consultant and enterprise policy adviser and has been engaged in business support, advice and guidance since the mid-80s. She continues to use her experience and knowledge to coach individual small firms on business growth and top team development.
Kiki has a combined honours degree from the University of Southampton (1986-89), and is a post-graduate (MBA) of the University of Warwick’s Business School, one of the top business schools in the UK (full-time program 1990-1991). She is a national keynote speaker, an experienced public appointee, an Associate Member of the Institute of Business Consultants, and one of the few Licensed Business Master Practitioners of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP™). Kiki is a Senior Associate with The Directors’ Centre, working with Barclays to deliver their ½ day business development seminars nationally to thousands of SMEs.
