Welcome to KIKI MAUREY CONSULTANCY LIMITED (KMC)
KMC was first set up in 1999. Since then my colleagues and I have worked with scores of organisations in the private, public, voluntary and community sectors. Over the years KMC has developed a strong trackrecord in equalities and diversity, management and leadership, strategic thinking, and public policy development.
More recently KMC has focused on enterprise and entrepreneurship as our core service. We recognise the vital role business formation and survival plays in regional and national economic performance. We also acknowledge the importance of self-employment and enterprise in individual and community empowerment. KMC and project partners are well known for our skills in:
- Championing and improving enterprise support to all communities through high quality research, consultancy and advocacy
- Encouraging self-employment and start-up through training, and media work
- Managing growth in small businesses through bespoke interventions, and seminars
- Succession planning and team development through working with individual business owners
- Business-life balancing through one-to-one coaching
- Inspiring keynote addresses on a range of topics, including how to manage change and success; balance personal and business growth
KMC is involved in enterprise development and support to a range of clients from government, regional development agencies, local authorities, NGOs, voluntary agencies, as well as individual businesses. We take pride in advocating for enterprise policies and business support services that recognise the role and contribution of women’s enterprise, and Black and minority ethnic enterprise. KMC is playing a critical role in gathering the lessons learned from targeting and delivering enterprise support to ‘non-traditional’ communities; we are rapidly developing a centre of excellence around more appropriate and transformational forms of business support.
